How to Successfully Pass Your Next Audit

Presented by Tim Ryan
Business Development Team Manager, SAI Global

Passing an audit reflects the mindset about answering all the auditor questions perfectly and avoiding NCs. The question itself devalues the purpose of the audit. So, How to Successfully Pass Your Next Audit, has more to do with what a company’s mindset is regarding the strength and performance of its management system. Identifying weakness in the management system is actually desired to a certain extent as companies use the audit to verify they are achieving their performance KPIs and goals.

Tim Ryan strives to assist organizations understand and reduce risk. He began his 25 year private industry career managing operations after serving as a US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer.  Leveraging his operations experience, Tim transitioned to commercial roles in chemicals, energy services, and medical device components before landing with SAI Global where he manages the Business Development team for the US and Canada.
